Meditation Course 3

Offered as an 8 week course in new format!

Harmonium offers this new series based upon the classic teachings on How Karma Works. Each class format will include long guided meditation on weekly topic, in-depth presentation of material and group learning on how to apply these teachings to our daily lives for new insight and increased wisdom. The topics covered will address directly where things in our life come from , how and why they come into being, and how to plant powerful positive actions for future positive results. This class is designed to create strong meditators and foster a space of peace and realignment in Hong Kong. There will be homeworks, readings and journaling to keep the participants mind aligned with their new discovered knowledge in between classes. This class is open to all levels. Refreshments will be provided.
